Mr Mongezi Maqubela’s qualifications include a BA Admin Degree from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and an LLB Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits).

He also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Municipal Management from the University of Johannesburg (UJ), and a Certificate in Project Management and Construction Law.

Along with those qualifications, he has completed a security course through the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA).

His extensive qualifications and experience are testament to the dedication with which he runs his businesses, as well as the strategic vision and leadership which he has become known for.

He is responsible for all operations and business lines across the companies, while he takes it upon himself to maintain quality control to ensure that the highest of standards are strictly maintained.

With Mr Mongezi Maqubela at the helm, the businesses have grown from strength to strength, tasting success along the way with many impressive milestones and projects completed.

Mongezi Maqubela has been instrumental in leading the charge that saw CivMaq recognised with excellent Construction Industry Development Board ratings in general building, electrical engineering, civil engineering and mechanical engineering, ensuring a steady stream of work.

The company is also registered as an electrical contractor with the South African Department of Labour, and is a respected member of the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and the Master Builders Association of South Africa.

Countless successfully completed construction projects with both CivMaq Projects and Timbela Projects have ensured a reputation that precedes the Director, with many multi-million rand projects under his belt between the two construction companies.

With EnviroMongz Projects, Mongezi Maqubela was able to build on his interest in facilities management, creating a company that has far surpassed even his own high expectations.
